ServAid Consultancy and Business Services is an HR and Management advisory services organization specializing in Leadership and Top team development, Executive, Mid-career and Graduate recruitment, Psychometric testing, Learning management , Talent Branding and Technical HR advisory services.

Based in Tema, we provide simple, practical and fit-for-purpose solutions in all HR and Management processes to our clients. As part of our Corporate Social responsibilities, we also facilitate capability building and fund raising for needy organizations such as orphanages, half way homes and youth development.


We leverage the expertise and experience of our team of experts to meet the needs of our clients to support the continuous improvement of their businesses.

It is also our belief that doing well in society is important.  It is equally necessary to be good to society, so we assist the needy by providing motivation, inspiration and financial support through fund raising.

SAM DONTOH - CEO and Lead Consultant

Mr. Sampson Aaron Dontoh is a principal consultant with over 20 years of practical hands-on Strategic Human Resource Management in Leading Multinational Organizations. He holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration (Human Resource Option) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religions from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is associated with having won several National, Regional and international Awards in Best-in-Class Human Resource Practice. He is certified in Psychometrics and is a Motivational Speaker as well.

PROFESSOR DAN OFORI - Senior Consultant

Dan Ofori is a Project and Applied Management specialist with considerable teaching, research and consulting experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and General Management. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon where he teaches courses in: Project Management; Strategic Management & Policy; HR Management; and General Management. He has also worked as a Project Manager with Dyslexia International; Senior Analyst with Lernout & Hauspie; and Market Analyst with Frost & Sullivan, all in Brussels, Belgium and with the Ministry of Work and Pensions in the UK. He has managed and led several research, consultancy and governance assignments in the academic, public, NGO, SME and private sectors.

STEPHEN LARBI - Senior Consultant

Stephen has over 30 years of hands on industrial experience, the last 10 years of which has been working for Unilever Ghana as Human Resources Business Partner for the Supply Chain function responsible for Ghana and French West Africa.
He has successfully executed many projects including commissioning of 20 tonne per hour capacity Palm Oil processing mill and later expanded the same plant to 30 tonne per hour, designing and implementing water and electricity distribution systems across various residential facilities in the plantations and modernization of Soap Processing Plant during his time in Manufacturing Management. He has undergone both formal and informal training in Change Management and HR Certification with internal and external agencies and remains an active member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers. He holds a Professional Executive and Masters Certificate in ADR Practice, IPLS, Accra, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from KNUST and currently pursuing Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development at the University of Cape Coast.

JONATHAN TETTEH - Senior Associate Consultant

Jonathan Tetteh is research oriented and holds a Master of Philosophy Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Art Degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds an ACCE Certificate in Human Resource Management. Jonathan has significant skills in industrial research and data analysis, training, selection, and recruitment. His research interests are in Leadership, Succession Planning and Organisational Behaviour.

YVONNE AHLIE - Administrator / Senior Associate Consultant

Yvonne Ahlie has experience in human resource management as well as counselling and mentoring. She holds an Advanced Executive Certificate in Business Administration [Human Resource], from the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, as well as a Certificate in Counselling, both from the University of Ghana, Legon. Yvonne has significant skills in Learning management, leadership and team development, selection, and recruitment. Some areas in counselling she has handled include: stress and anxiety, anger management, self development and self esteem.
